Citrulline Synergy is a complex of citrulline and citrulline malate. The supplement is recommended to be used before training.

Citrulline is a non-proteinogenic amino acid that is involved in many important processes in the body. Its natural sources are, among others watermelon and melon. Citrulline is involved, among others in the urea cycle - an important metabolic process during which ammonia produced in the transformation of amino acids is removed from the body. In addition, citrulline is also a product in the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO), in the reaction:
Arginine ➞ NO + citrulline

Interestingly, citrulline can be converted back into arginine, from which NO is produced. Thanks to this, although the only substrate in the synthesis of NO is arginine, citrulline can be effectively used for the production of NO (after conversion into arginine). In the digestive system there is a very active enzyme arginase, which causes that a large part of arginine is used in the urea cycle. One of the tasks of NO is to relax the muscles of blood vessels, which increases their diameter.

Citrulline Synergy, Mango - 240g. Food Supplement with L-Citrulline and Citrulline Malate in Powder Form. The recommended daily dose is 3g.

Ingredients:
Citrulline Complex (of Which L-Citrulline, [Citrulline Malate, L-Citrulline]), Citrrulline Complex [Citrulline Malate, L-Citrulline] (80.0%), Maltodextrin, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Aromas, Sweetener (Sucralose), Thickener (Cellulose Gum).

Recommended Use:
Dissolve a single serving of the product - 3 g (0.5 scoops) in 300 ml of water. Use 2 servings a day. On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training, 2nd serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving at bedtime
