Recommended use

As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 servings 1-2 times per day. Mix 1 serving with 4 fl. oz. of cold water (to desired sweetness) and consume immediately. For best results take 20-30 minutes prior to cardio/training or add to your post-training recovery drink. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
