Ingredients:
Caffeine anhydrous (USP), anti-caking agents (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, fatty acids). May contain: milk, soy, egg, crustacean/shellfish, fish.

Recommended Use:
Healthy adults only: As a food supplement take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water. To assess individual tolerance, take 1/2 tablet with a glass of water by breaking a tablet in half. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Caffeine has a diuretic effect.

Warnings:
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. For occasional use only as a food supplement by healthy adults 18 or older. Do not use if you have high blood pressure or glaucoma. Contains caffeine (200 mg per daily serving).
