Caffeine Recommended Use:
Take 1 capsule a day with an appropriate amount of water, preferably before breakfast or 30 minutes before training. Do not use before bedtime. Do not combine with alcohol. The recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store out of the reach of small children, in a dry and cool place.
