Suggested Use

Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) on its own or mix with coffee, water or another drink. It can also be added to smoothies, dips and salad dressings, or drizzled over food. If new to MCT oil, begin with a smaller amount and increase gradually according to tolerance.
