L-Citrulline, CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, flavourings, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), BetaPower Betaine Anhydrous, potassium chloride, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), sodium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, sodium chloride, choline bitartrate, L-Tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous, CereBoost (Panax quinquefolius root extract), colours (beetroot red, beta-carotene), EnXtra (Alpinia galanga rhizome extract), sweetener (sucralose), AstraGin (extract from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus), cyanocobalamin and pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Recommended Use
Mix 1 serving, approximately 2 level scoops, with 700ml of water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
