Recommended use
Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 150-200 ml of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed daily dose and do not use continuously for more than 8 weeks. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
