Recommended Use
Take one serving daily, using one level scoop from your tub, mixed with 150–200 ml water approximately 20–30 minutes before training. Some versions specify 175 ml water; follow the directions on your tub. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Where stated on the label, do not use continuously for more than 8 weeks.
