Recommended use
Take 2x1 capsules at mealtime with a glass of water. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not use before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains caffeine (80 mg/daily amount). Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 or those with medical condition and/or taking medications. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. EGCG [(-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate] content is 23 mg/portion (2 capsules). Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of EGCG or more. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day.
