Suggested Use

Apply twice daily to targeted areas and massage firmly until fully absorbed. Avoid the face and neck. For best results, apply approximately 15 minutes before exercise, after showering and/or before bed. Allow the cream to dry completely before contact with clothing or bedding. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after use.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; rinse immediately with water if contact occurs. Consult a physician before use if you have a pre-existing skin condition. Stop use if irritation occurs. Temporary redness, warmth and tingling may occur and should gradually fade. Keep out of reach of children.
