BoogieMan Recommended Use:
Dissolve a single portion of the product - 3.3 g (0.5 scoops) in 100 ml of water using a shaker. Drink 30 minutes before working out. Do not use before bedtime. Do not use with other products that contain caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
