Recommended Use: Begin by taking 2 film-coated tablets with a 250 ml glass of cold water once per day, preferably in the morning. After 3 days, take 2 film-coated tablets in the morning and 2 film-coated tablets in the afternoon, no later than 5 hours before bedtime.
