May contain: milk, soy, egg and nuts.
Recommended Use: Begin by taking 2 film-coated tablets with a 250 ml glass of cold water once per day, preferably in the morning. After 3 days, take 2 film-coated tablets in the morning and 2 film-coated tablets in the afternoon, no later than 5 hours before bedtime.
Warnings: Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplements compounds. Consult your physician before use. Not recommended for use by those taking medication. Store the container tightly closed between 5-30C. Keep away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. After opening do not store the product for more than 6 months. Contains caffeine (200 mg per daily serving). Not suitable for children, pregnant or nursing women and persons sensitive to caffeine.
