Beta-alanine 99%, anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates). Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, puts, nuts, celery, fish, crustac and sulphur dioxide containing foods.
Recommended use
The daily serving of the product is 1.75 g powder with 400 ml water or beverage of your choice. For accurate measurement, use a scale, then mix in a shaker bottle. Consume the prepared drink in 5 equal portions, therefore one serving is: 0.35 g of powder + 80 ml of water. Consume the servings at 2-hour intervals. Do not exceed one daily serving! Shake well before each consumption! Consume the prepared product on the same day it is made.
