Ingredients:
Beta-alanine, Vitamin B6, Beta-alanine (53%); maltodextrin; acidity regulator (citric acid); flavourings; sweetener (sucralose); anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); beetroot juice concentrate for grapefruit and watermelon flavours, pyridoxine hydrochloride (0.001%). The product may contain milk, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts and nuts.

Recommended Use:
Dissolve one portion of the product - 1.5 g (2 scoops) in 100 ml of water. Use 3 servings a day. On workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving 30 minutes before training, 3rd serving directly after a workout. On non-workout days: 1st in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving at bedtime.

Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing women must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep this packaging tightly closed in a dry place, at the temperature of 15-25°C. Keep out of reach of young children.
