Ingredients:
Beta-alanine, Beta-alanine (84.8%); capsule shell (gelatine; colour – titanium dioxide); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids. The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, puts and nuts.
Recommended Use:
Wash down with approx. 300 ml water. On workout days: 4 capsules 30 min. before workout. On non-workout days: twice a day, 2 capsules on each occasion, preferably 30 min. before your meal.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing women must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Single intake of beta-alanine in amount greater than 800 mg can cause tingling and numbness. Keep this packaging tightly closed in a dry place, at the temperature of 15-25°C. Keep out of the reach of children.
