Recommended Daily Dose: 2 level scoops (60g)

Ingredients: Beef protein blend 77% (hydrolysed protein, l-glutamine, l-arginine), fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavour, emulsifier: glycine and its sodium salt, flavourings, maltodextrin, emulsifier: lecithins (soy); thickeners: cellulose gum, carrageenan; creamer (coconut fat, maltodextrin, vegetable protein, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), salt, sweetener: sucralose. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, gluten, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.

Recommended Use: Mix 1 serving powder (30g = 1 level scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250ml water in a shaker bottle. On training days, take a minimum of 2 servings, 1 serving after training and the other serving between meals. On resting days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
