Ingredients:
L-Glutamine, BCAAs, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Glutamine 42%, Instant L-Leucine 21% (L-Leucine, emulsifier: lecithins, maltodextrin), L-Isoleucine 10.4%, L-Valine 10.4%, acid (citric acid), flavourings, sweetener (sucralose), salt, colours (tartrazine, Allura Red AC).

Tartrazine and Allura Red AC may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.

Recommended Use:
Mix 1 serving powder (12 g = 3 scoops = 2 level tablespoons) with 300 ml water in a shaker bottle.
