BCAAs (of which L-Leucine, of which L-Isoleucine, of which L-Valine), L-Glutamine, Taurine, L-Glutamine 42%, L-Leucine 21%, L-Isoleucine 10%, L-Valine 10%, flavourings, acids (citric acid, malic acid), taurine 2.5%, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colours (Riboflavins, Copper Complexes of Chlorophylls and Chlorophyllins).

Recommended Use:
Mix 1 serving (12 g) daily in 600 ml water. Consume around, and/or during your workouts or between meals.
