Ingredients:
L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine. Product may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Recommended Use:
Dissolve a single serving of the product 10 g (2.5 scoops) in 100–150 ml of water or juice. On workout days, drink two servings a day: one immediately after waking up, the other after training. On non-workout days, drink one portion after waking up.

Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption. Do not use the product as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
