Ingredients:
L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, BCAA Complex 77% (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), anti-caking agents (dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), stabiliser (cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose).

Recommended Use:
Take 4 tablets per day. For optimum results, consume 2 tablets twice a day between meals. On training days take the second serving (2 tablets) immediately after workout. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
