Ingredients:
L-Leucine, L-Glutamine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, mixture of instant BCAA (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), L-Glutamine, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), anti-caking agents (calcium phosphate, silicon dioxide), colouring (beta-carotene). The product may contain traces of soy and milk protein.

Recommended Use:
Mix the serving 10 g (approx. 1/2 measuring scoops) into 200 ml of water 15 minutes before physical performance and immediately after training. It may be used during physical activity.
