Ingredients
Niacin (as niacinamide), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), Human Muscle Protein Complex (methionine, leucine, arginine, isoleucine, threonine, phenylalanine, lysine, valine and histidine), Pro BCAA Complex (leucine, valine and isoleucine), bovine gelatin, calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and stearic acid.
Allergen notice: The label states that this product is made in a GMP facility on equipment that processes milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and wheat.
Recommended Use
The label recommends 1–2 packs around your workout. It advises taking them within 15–30 minutes after training; on training days, it suggests one pack before lifting and a second after. If you also use a post-workout shake, take Animal Nitro first and wait at least 30–45 minutes before drinking the shake. When possible, take it on an empty stomach, mixed with 8–12 oz of grape juice or another fruit juice. Follow the pack directions.
