Ingredients

AM Complex 1: L-leucine, bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), L-taurine, anti-caking agents (stearic acid, magnesium stearate), L-isoleucine, L-valine, acetyl-L-carnitine and glazing agent (pharmaceutical glaze). AM Complex 2: Bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide), Panax ginseng root powder, kudzu root powder, Siberian ginseng root powder, anti-caking agents (stearic acid, magnesium stearate) and glazing agent (pharmaceutical glaze). AM Complex 3: Ginger root powder, fenugreek seed powder, capsule (gelatin, contains sulphites), colour (Brilliant Blue FCF E133), PurpleForce purple tea leaf extract, Citrus aurantium extract, quercetin dihydrate, phytosterols, bulking agent (dicalcium phosphate), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), grapefruit peel powder, cinnamon extract, lipoic acid and citrus bioflavonoids. AM Complex 4: Caffeine, kola nut seed powder, guarana seed powder, capsule (gelatin, contains sulphites), colours (Allura Red AC E129, Brilliant Blue FCF E133), bulking agent (dicalcium phosphate) and anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

Allergen notice: Capsules contain sulphites. The label states the product is made in a facility that also handles cereals containing gluten, egg, soya and milk.

Recommended Use

Take one pack daily for 21 consecutive days. On training days, take it 30–45 minutes before training. On non-training days, take it between meals. The label recommends three weeks on followed by one week off; repeat as directed. The single red capsule contains the stimulant ingredients and may be removed if desired. Follow the directions on the packaging.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contains 200mg caffeine per daily serving. Not suitable for children, anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. The label warns that Allura Red AC (E129) may adversely affect activity and attention in children. Consult a physician before use. Discontinue use if nervousness, tremors, sleeplessness, loss of appetite or nausea occurs. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
