Anabolic BCAA and EAA Matrix [instant BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), L-lysine HCl, L-phenylalanine, DL-methionine, L-arginine HCl, L-threonine, L-histidine, L-tryptophan], Juiced Hydration and Performance Blend (L-taurine, betaine anhydrous, L-glutamine), electrolytes (monopotassium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, calcium citrate), acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), natural and artificial flavours, anti-caking agents (calcium silicate, silicon dioxide), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium). Colourings shown on the supplied labels include beetroot powder, turmeric root powder, fruit and vegetable juice and spirulina. Exact ingredient lists and colourings vary by flavour; check your pack.

Allergen notice: The labels state that the product contains soya. They also warn of possible traces of milk, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and wheat; the Grape label also lists sesame. Check the allergen advice on the selected flavour's packaging.

Recommended Use

Mix one scoop into approximately 300ml of your beverage of choice before, during or after a workout. Follow the recommended serving size on your pack; one label gives a two-scoop serving. Do not take more than the recommended daily portion.
