Ingredients

Citrulline malate, instant BCAA blend (leucine, isoleucine, valine), beta-alanine, L-tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous, citric acid, natural and artificial flavourings, anti-caking agents (calcium silicate and silicon dioxide), sweeteners (sucralose and acesulfame potassium), sodium chloride. Colourings listed across the supplied flavours include spirulina, FD&C Yellow No. 5 and Blue No. 1 Lakes, Allura Red AC and anthocyanins. Allergen and cross-contamination notice: The labels state that the product contains soya. They also carry precautionary statements for possible traces of milk, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and wheat; the Kiwi Lime label also lists sesame. Recommended Use

Mix 1 scoop with 350–360ml of your beverage of choice and take about 30 minutes before training. Because of the high caffeine content, start with ½ scoop and work up to 1 full scoop. Do not take more than one serving in 24 hours or within 8 hours of bedtime.

Contains 350mg caffeine per serving. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding people, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with other caffeinated products. Do not use if you have high blood pressure or heart problems, or if pregnant or nursing. Not for anyone under 18. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet.
