Powder: Hydrolysed collagen, methylsulphonylmethane (MSM), glucosamine HCl (from shellfish), D-glucosamine sulphate (from shellfish), acidity regulators (citric acid and malic acid), natural and artificial flavours, ginger root extract, turmeric root extract, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Boswellia serrata extract, d-alpha-tocopherol succinate (vitamin E), sweeteners (sucralose and acesulfame K), chondroitin sulphate, quercetin dihydrate, bromelain, cetyl myristoleate, zinc oxide, manganese sulphate and hyaluronic acid. Daily packs: AF Tablet Complex (D-glucosamine HCl and 2KCl glucosamine sulphate, both from crustaceans, chondroitin sulphate and MSM); AF Round Tablet Complex (vitamin C, vitamin E, manganese sulphate, zinc oxide and sodium selenite); AF Capsule Complex (black pepper, ginger root, turmeric root, quercetin, hyaluronic acid, Boswellia serrata extract and bromelain); AF Softgel Complex (flaxseed oil). Other listed ingredients include bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose and maltodextrin), anti-caking agents (stearic acid, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), pharmaceutical glaze, capsule shell (gelatin containing sulphites), glycerol, carob extract and purified water. Vitamin E ingredient contains soya.
Allergen and cross-contamination notice: Powder glucosamine ingredients are derived from shellfish. The daily packs contain ingredients from crustaceans and soya, and capsule gelatin contains sulphites. Labels also warn that manufacture takes place on equipment that may process milk, egg, soya, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and wheat. Check the package for your selected option.
Recommended Use
Powder: Mix 1 scoop (11.6g) with approximately 300ml of your beverage of choice. Take once daily with a meal.
Daily packs: Take 1 packet (8 pills) per day. The label recommends taking it with breakfast or another meal.
