Ingredients
Powder: The supplied labels list carnitine ingredients, caffeine anhydrous, herbal extracts, tyrosine, taurine, choline bitartrate, phosphatidylserine, Huperzia serrata extract, dandelion and uva ursi, plus citric acid, malic acid, natural and artificial flavours, calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, sucralose and acesulfame potassium. Colourings differ by flavour and include spirulina extract, turmeric root and fruit and vegetable juice. The Blue Ice Pop label lists soya; check the chosen tub for its full ingredient list.

Allergen and cross-contamination notice: The Blue Ice Pop powder label identifies soya. The capsule formula includes celery and capsule gelatin containing sulphites. Labels also state the products are made on equipment that may process milk, soya, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat and sesame. Check the selected format's label before use.
Recommended Use
Powder: Mix one rounded scoop in 8–10 fl oz of water or another beverage. The supplied Orange Mango powder directions say to take one serving on waking and another 4–6 hours later, on an empty stomach just before a meal, and to stay well hydrated. Follow the exact directions and serving size on the selected tub.
Capsule packs: Take 1 packet (8 capsules) on waking for 3 weeks, then follow the label's 3-weeks-on, 1-week-off cycle.
Warnings
Both formats contain caffeine. The supplied powder facts panels list 200mg per scoop, and the capsule label lists 200mg per daily pack. Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with other caffeinated products. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet; keep out of reach of children.
Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication. The labels advise against use with high blood pressure or heart problems and list other conditions and medicines that require medical advice. Stop use and seek advice if symptoms of liver trouble occur; the capsule label notes rare liver injury reports associated with green-tea-extract products. Discontinue use two weeks before surgery. The powder label notes moisture-absorbing ingredients may cause clumping; it states this is normal.
Some capsule colourants (Allura Red AC, Sunset Yellow FCF and Tartrazine) may adversely affect activity and attention in children, as stated on the label.
