Recommended Use
Mix 1 scoop, using the serving weight printed on the pack, with 12–16 oz (approximately 350–475 ml) of cold water. Amino K.E.M. EAA can be consumed before training, between meals, while training or post-workout. Refrigerate after opening to help maintain freshness.
