Recommended Use: Take a serving of the product (2 tablets) 2 times a day, in the morning and in the afternoon after a meal, wash down with a lot of water. Do not exceed 2 servings per day (4 tablets). Product may contain derivatives of cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs.
