Ingredients

Creatine monohydrate, flavourings, acidity regulator: malic acid, citric acid, stabiliser: acacia fibre, sweeteners: sucralose and steviol glycosides from stevia, AstraGin® astragalus root extract (Astragalus membranaceus) and false ginseng root extract (Panax notoginseng), dried red beetroot juice.

Allergen notice: May contain cereals containing gluten, milk, soy, eggs and products derived from them.

Recommended Use

Dissolve 1 serving, 5.5 g or approximately 1 heaping scoop, in 200–250 ml of water or juice. Consume once daily. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
