Vitamin C as ascorbic acid, vitamin B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride, vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin, calcium as dicalcium phosphate, BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine), conditionally essential amino acid blend (L-glutamine and L-carnitine L-tartrate), amino acid support blend (L-taurine, coconut water concentrate [Cocos nucifera], alpha-hydroxyisocaproic acid [leucic acid], bromelain and blueberry [Vaccinium angustifolium] fruit powder), intra-cellular buffer blend (beta-alanine, dicalcium phosphate and sodium bicarbonate), joint and liver support blend (D-glucosamine sulfate potassium, methylsulfonylmethane [MSM] and milk thistle [Silybum marianum] seed), essential amino acid blend (L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-histidine HCl, L-methionine, L-lysine HCl and L-tryptophan), natural and artificial flavours, citric acid, glucose polymers, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, silicon dioxide, and permitted colourings that vary by flavour.

Recommended Use

Mix 1 scoop with 12–16 fl oz of water and consume between meals, immediately before, during or after a workout. Do not exceed 4 servings per day. The required water amount may vary by flavour packaging.
