Ingredients: MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides), shell (bovine gelatin, humectant: glycerol and sorbitol, water), thickener: beeswax, beta-carotene, D-alpha-tocopherol, emulsifier: lecithins (from sunflower), menaquinone-7, cholecalciferol.

Recommended use: 1 capsule, after a meal.
