Naturally found in food, the ingredient can be found in products such as offal, milk and dairy products, vegetables (e.g. carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin) and fruit (e.g. peaches). Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal iron metabolism and also helps to maintain the proper condition of mucous membranes and healthy skin. The compound helps to maintain proper vision and also supports the optimal functioning of the immune system.

- Vitamin D is a steroid, chemical compound, classified as fat-soluble vitamins, which bioavailability, like other compounds in this group, is closely related to the presence of fats in the daily diet. Vitamin D can be supplied to the body with food - It occurs mainly in fatty sea fish, as well as in the form of dietary supplements. Ingredients: Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (from lanolin) (vitamin D), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), menaquinon-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto (soy), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Product may contain milk (including lactose), peanuts, other nuts, cereals containing gluten, egg, crustaceans, fish.

Recommended use: Adults - take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily, preferably after a meal.

Warnings: It is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the doctor or pharmacist before use. The product is intended for healthy adults under 75 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Recommended a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
