Ingredients: 100% Activated Charcoal.

Recommended use: Mix 1 level teaspoon dispersed in a glass of water when required. Rinse with water to remove any residue. To obtain the beneficial effect of reducing excessive flatulence after eating, take at least 1 at least 30 minutes before and 1g shortly after the meal. For teeth: Put a small amount of powder into a small bowl. Wet toothbrush and dip into powder. Gently brush for 2 minutes and wash off. Avoid getting it on clothes as it may stain. For a detoxifying face mask: Mix with water/coconut oil or ingredients of choice to form a paste and smooth onto face. Leave for 10 minutes and wash off. Avoid getting it on clothes as it may stain.
