Recommended Use:
Dissolve one serving of the product 5g (1 scoop) in 100-150ml of water or juice. On workout days: one serving before and after a workout. On non-workout days: one serving in the morning after waking up. Do not exceed 2 servings per day. May contain derivatives of: cereals containing gluten, soy, milk, egg.
