Ingredients:
L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) (of which L-Arginine), Citrulline Malate (of which L-Citrulline), L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (50%), Citrulline Malate (33%), Glazing Agent (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids).

The product may contain: milk, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Recommended Use:
Take a single serving of the product - 4 capsules with 300ml of water. Take 2 servings daily. On workout days: 1st serving 30 min. before the workout, 2nd serving immediately after the workout. On non-workout days: 1st serving 30 min. before your first meal, 2nd serving before bedtime.

Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing women must not take the product.
