Ingredients:
Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (2:1). May Contain: milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery, cereals containing gluten and products thereof.

Recommended Use:
Mix 1 scoop (3g) with 200ml of water or your preferred beverage. Consume once daily. For best results use 30 minutes prior to workout. Scoops are estimated only, weighing scales are recommended.
