L-citrulline, beta-alanine, L-taurine, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, choline bitartrate, vitamin B3 as niacin, vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin, Stim-Crazy Caffeine Complex containing caffeine anhydrous, cocoa alkaloids extract (Theobroma cacao seed), dicaffeine malate (Infinergy), green tea extract (Camellia sinensis leaf, 50% caffeine), yerba mate extract (Ilex paraguariensis leaf), guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana) and green coffee extract (Coffea robusta bean), natural and artificial flavours, citric acid, silicon dioxide, sweetener: sucralose, and permitted colourings that vary by flavour.

Allergen notice: May contain milk, egg, soy, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts and sesame.

Recommended Use

Mix 1 scoop with 180–250 ml of water and consume on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before training. To avoid sleep disruption, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Recommended daily portion: 1 scoop.
