OstroVit 3C CLA Carnitine Chromium - a set of valuable ingredients
CLA - conjugated linoleic acid - unsaturated fatty acid of animal origin, which has 18 carbon atoms and two conjugated double bonds in its chain. It differs from linoleic acid in that its double bonds are isolated by only one single bond, which is a rare property in nature. CLA must be supplied to the body from outside, as the body is not able to naturally synthesize the ingredient - the compound can be supplied to the body with food, m.in. with milk and dairy products, as well as meat and eggs, as well as in the form of dietary supplements.
Carnitine - chemical compound classified as vitamin-like substances. The compound occurs naturally in the human body - intracorporeal production of L-carnitine takes place in the liver and kidneys, and the substance is accumulated primarily in the heart muscle and skeletal muscles. OstroVit uses L-carnitine tartrate, i.e. a form that shows a faster absorption rate than other available forms of the compound, which has a positive effect on the quality of the dietary supplement.
Chrome - a micronutrient called a trace element with the symbol Cr. It is a compound that occurs naturally in food - the ingredient can be found in products such as whole grain cereals, yeast, eggs or vegetables such as broccoli, peas and tomatoes. The element is stored in the body mainly in the kidneys, spleen and testes, as well as in soft tissues, bones and blood, where it can bind to proteins, mainly transferrin.

Recommended Use:
Dissolve 1 serving of 5g (1 scoop) in 150ml of water. Consume once a day.
