Ingredients:
Vitamin b12, pisane c9 protein, flavourings, rice protein, salt, coconut protein, pomegranate protein, pumpkin protein, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame k), colour (ammonia caramel), cyanocobalamin. Produced in a plant that produces foods containing milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and sulfur dioxide.

Recommended use:
Take one serving per day (33 grams, 3/4 scoop) mixed into 300 ml of water. On your training days, use after your workout; on your rest days, consume in the afternoon.
