100% Pure Whey recommended use:
Mix 1 serving (28 grams = 1 level scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) product with 250 ml water in a shaker bottle. On training days take 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. On resting days take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the afternoon.
