Recommended use:
Mix 1 serving (28 g = 1 flat measuring spoon = 2 heaping tablespoons) powder with 250 ml water in a shaker bottle. on training days take 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. on resting days take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
