Recommended Use:
Mix 1 serving (28g = 1 flat measuring spoon = 2 heaping tablespoons) powder with 250ml water. On training days, take the first serving within 45 minutes after training and the other serving between meals. On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
