Ingredients
Whey proteins, including whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate, with emulsifier: lecithins from soy; L-glutamine; flavourings; thickener: cellulose gum; L-arginine; salt; L-leucine; L-isoleucine; L-valine; sweetener: sucralose; and bromelain powder in selected flavours. Flavour-specific ingredients may include cocoa powder or reduced-fat cocoa powder, cinnamon, colourings, citric acid and other flavouring components. The unflavoured version is made without added sweeteners, colourings or flavourings according to the supplied product information.
Allergen notice: Contains milk and soy. Manufactured in a plant that also handles egg, gluten-containing cereals, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts. Some flavours contain colour additives. May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Recommended Use
Mix 1 serving, 28 g or approximately 2 heaped tablespoons, with 250 ml of water in a shaker bottle. On training days, take the first serving within 45 minutes after training and a second serving between meals. On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
