Micellar Casein (89%) (Milk), Cocoa Powder, Natural Flavour, Xanthan Gum (Thickener), Lactose (Bacillus Coagulans), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides), DigeZyme® Enzyme Complex (Amylase, Protease, Cellulase, Lactase, Lipase).

Recommended Use:
Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml of water or milk into a Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be) and consume. Use just before bedtime for optimum results, but can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times a day. Scoops are intentionally weighted, measuring scales are recommended.
