Ingredients:
Micellar casein (89%) (milk), cocoa powder, natural flavour, thickener: xanthan gum, Lactose (from milk), sweeteners: steviosides (stevia), sucralose, steviol glycosides (from stevia). Digestive enzyme complex (amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase, lipase).

Recommended Use:
Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml of water or milk into a Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be) and consume. Use just before bedtime for optimum results, but can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times a day.

2 scoops (30g).
