100% Casein Complex is a Micellar Casein dominant milk protein blend exclusively from casein milk proteins. Casein is high in the essential branched-chain amino acids (BCAA’s) and very high (higher than Whey) in L-Glutamine, the most abundant free amino acid in human blood. 100% Casein Complex’s protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass and also to the maintenance of normal bones*.

This product’s milk proteins are so-called complete proteins, because they provide the body with all the necessary types of amino acids, including the 9 amino acids the body cannot synthesize and must be supplied by the diet (i.e. Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine). Extra L-Glutamine and Taurine plus the digestive enzymes Papain and Bromelain are added to the formula!

The calcium present in 100% Casein Complex contributes to normal muscle function, energy-yielding metabolism and neurotransmission. It is also needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
