Hydrolyzed beef protein 84%, flavourings (nuts), emulsifier [lecithins (soy)], fat-reduced cocoa powder, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (acesulfame K, cyclamates, sucralose). Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustacean, molluscs and sulphur dioxide containing foods.

Recommended Use:
Mix 1 serving (30g = 1 scoop = 4 heaped tablespoons) in 250 ml water. On training days take 1 serving after workout. On resting days consume 1 serving any time during the day.
