The beef raw material contains no lactose, though this product is manufactured in a facility that also processes lactose-containing foods.

Ingredients
Hydrolyzed beef protein (84–91%), flavourings, emulsifier (lecithins [Soy]), thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K, cyclamates), fat-reduced cocoa powder (chocolate flavours only), cinnamon powder (cinnamon flavours only), colour (tartrazine — selected flavours only).
Allergens: Contains Soy. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustacean, molluscs and sulphur dioxide containing foods.
Tartrazine (E102): May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children (selected flavours only).
Recommended Use
Mix 1 serving (30g = 1 scoop = 4 heaped tablespoons) with 250ml water. On training days take 1 serving after workout. On resting days consume 1 serving any time during the day.
